Erakat Saeb: Who is afraid of peace based on two states 1967 borders ?

Count Folke Bernadotte was unanimously chosen to be the United Nations Security Council mediator in the Arab–Israeli conflict of 1947–1948. He was assassinated in Jerusalem in September 1948 by the paramilitary Zionist group Lehi while pursuing his duties, trying to make peace.

In November 2008 after Prime Minister Ehud Olmert exchanged maps with President Mahmoud  Abbas of two states on the 1967 borders with mutually agreed swaps of land in size and value , he was brought down by corruption charges , political assassination .
 Who is afraid of the two States solution on the 1967 borders ? Who is putting Israelis and Palestinians in harm’s way by introducing  a plan of apartheid , settlements and annexation? Who is targeting every day those on both sides who stands tall for two states on1967 borders ?

In 1992, Rabin was re-elected as prime minister on a platform embracing the Israeli–Palestinian peace process. He signed several historic agreements with the Palestinian leadership as part of the Oslo Accords.

In 1994, Rabin won the Nobel Peace Prize together with long-time political fellow Shimon Peres and Palestinian President Yasser Arafat،  Rabin also signed a peace treaty with Jordan in 1994.

In November 1995, he was assassinated by Israeli extremist named Yigal Amir. Assassinated for trying to make peace on the basis of two States 1967 borders.
