In the presence of President Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian people celebrate Christmas tonight. Saeb Erekat, Secretary General of the PLO Executive Committee congratulates Christians on this special occasion.

This eve, the Orthodox, Syriac and Coptic people of our Palestinian people celebrate Christmas at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, in the presence of President Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine.

 On this occasion, The Secretary General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and member of the Central Committee of the Fatah movement d. Saeb Erekat wishes the Palestinian people and churches who follow the eastern calendar a happy Christmas.

 With the hope to celebrate together next year, and our people's rights to end the occupation and achieve the independence of the State of Palestine with its capital, Jerusalem, were fulfilled, and every year and everyone is doing well in Palestine, where Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, was born.
